The Courage to Speak the Truth

Scripture: Ephesians 4:15 – "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ."

Reflection: It takes courage to speak the truth, especially when silence feels safer. But real love is honest. Whether it's standing up for what's right, setting boundaries, or having a hard conversation—truth spoken with love brings freedom.
